The National Seed Health System (NSHS) is proud to recognize Kelly Iverson, NSHS Program Coordinator, for successfully completing her Master of Science in Seed Technology and Business from Iowa State University.

Iverson defended her final creative component on July 9, 2025, presenting a collaborative project between the International Seed Testing Association (ISTA) and NSHS. Her work focused on the development and validation of a seed health assay for the detection of Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. glycinea on soybean seed—an effort that contributes directly to improving seed health testing methods and advancing global standards in the field.

Please join us in congratulating Kelly on this achievement and celebrating her as the newest graduate of the STB program. Her dedication and expertise continue to strengthen the mission of NSHS and the broader seed industry.
