PROCEDURE:

1. Seeds are aseptically placed onto SC semi-selective medium, five seeds per dish.

2. After incubation at 24°C for five days, the number of seeds infected by M. pinodes in each seedlot is recorded.

NaNO3 2 g
K2HPO4 1 g
KCl 0.5 g
MgSO4.7H2O 0.5 g
FeSO4.7H2O 0.01 g
agar 15 g
soluble starch 30 g
casein 3 g
propamocarb 25 µg/ml
benomyl 10 µg/ml
mepronil 50 µg/ml
atrazine 300 µg/ml
streptomycin sulfate 100 µg/ml
neomycin sulfate per liter of water 200 µg/ml
