METHOD: On 1.1 Agar plate method (Aveling et al., 1993)
METHOD CLASS: TEMPORARY STANDARD (B)
SAMPLE: : 200 seeds

PROCEDURE:

1. Surface sterilize seed with 1% NaOCl.

2. Place seeds onto Potato Dextrose agar.

3. Incubate at 20oC at 12 hour dark/12 hour UV light for 6 days.

4. Inspect for presence of sporulation.
