SAMPLE:  400 seeds

PROCEDURE:

    1. Four replicates of 100 seeds are surface disinfected in 2.0% sodium hypochlorite.
    2. Incubation on a damp blotter at 20°C for 24 h, followed.
    3. Freezing at -20°C for 24 h.
    4. Incubation for 7 days at 26°C under cycles of 12 h NUV light/12 h darkness.
